An alternative to the main airport in Cyprus is Paphos International Airport , located in a small town at the southwestern tip of the island. It is mostly used by charter companies but scheduled services are available from other airlines, including EasyJet and British Airways. There are regular flights from many airports in the United Kingdom. Most tour operators prefer to use this airport so in case you choose a vacation package you'll most likely land in Paphos.
Cyprus is located close to Greece, which means there's always the possibility to fly to Greece and choose another way to travel to Cyprus. Several ferries connect Greece to Cyprus. You can catch one of the ferries either in Athens (Piraeus) or Rhodes. When the ferries stop their service you can always choose a flight from Greece to Cyprus.
